SPRA is a non-profit, member-based association dedicated to helping communities develop sustainable recycling programs. Collectively, SPRA’s members command premium prices at the marketplace and receive competitive rates on trucking. The Tucson, Arizona based organization targets recycling development in the Rocky Mountain Southwest states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. SPRA also conducts special projects in Nevada and west Texas.

Members of SPRA have access to a professional staff of recycling consultants that can develop custom recycling programs specifically for them.
